Speeches are strictly considered to be a proclamation when it is being expressed and floated amongst public even by an individual. But when the same were being delivered by a national leader at international podium, it adheres further and depletes into as whole-some and will attract the whole universe to that juncture for a standpoint. Mr.Barack Obama during his visit to India for making business deals worth $10 billion dollars delivered a speech in the joint house of our parliament had made us to stare a lot on his speech, nevertheless the deals that were signed.

The enriched speech marshalled certain imperatives. Out of which, it sought for India’s bare commitment to lead the Asian continent partnering with United States of America, it required India to take different stance on Iran nuclear issue in international politics and to counter-strike al-qaeda and its affiliates.

United states’ concept of making India to lead the whole Asian continent partnering with them will definitely make worse of the relationship with China where we are nurturing since besides dialogues on cross border issue and infiltration. Factually china is better in its global economy by its figures and setup than India, where we are linear to them. Further, the speech was a specific call of controversy to a call that was made already by United States (Barack Obama) during his visit to china on late 2009 and portraying United States and China as G2 (Group of Two) global power and affirming the Tibet is a part of china shows United states’ aspiration of belligerency between India and China.

Though an another point in speech that was not given much importance but knuckled effectively as possible ‘India want to change her consistent stance on Iran’ made everyone to feel delicate because of the statement that relates solely to an upper bound diplomatic relations between two countries and queried all, is this ought to be a sought-after one by publicising to the whole universe rather than discussing around a table inside the room?.

The later speech emphasising much on counter-striking terrorism does not made everyone to a sigh but it weird a lot because of United States’ $18 billion dollar donation towards Pakistan for its military and economic development since 2002 and Mr.Barack Obama administration’s request for sanctioning additional aid of 3 billion in the early years of 2010 and delivering a smear-speech calling ‘Pakistan borders are the safe havens for terrorists’, drags everyone of us as much as to the flip-flop of United states President to his own conscience.

It would become humble enough for us if the speech had set forth manners of all generic and specific about the relationships with us rather than arraying the sensitive diplomatic relationships and international ties that we are having with our neighbouring and other countries. Detaining an aura of puppeteers of India, lead us to make a surmise that it is an United states’ agenda on ‘Balance of power’ against China which is burgeoning in its economy facing 2nd position following United states and it may even over take them if they are going to mark the same consistency in economy were United states being stagnant in economy and increased unemployment.
